So, I'm quickly becoming a huge fan of Conversion Diary.
While I don't agree with everything she writes, I find her writing so fascinating & thought-provoking. And that she often puts into words what I might have said had I her writing talent and evident ability to either never sleep or "process" while taking care of children.
Anyway, I love the analogy she uses in this post.

GREAT link! I am a huge fan of hers as well. I find that I need to make sure I have a half an hour or more before I head there though...so much thinking....!!!!
