I am NOT exaggerating.
Yesterday it was 78 degrees. We spent the majority of the day outside. We mowed the yard, fertilized, took care of the sprinkler maintainance - all in short sleeves.
Geez - what a difference a day makes! Here is a picture of our yard today. The high is predicted to be 38 degrees. And the kids are having a blast!

I understand that it works that way where you live, but I think I would just cry. I'm glad the kids are loving it. The weather changes quickly here, too, but not that quickly thank goodness.
How exciting for the kids!
Oh my. I remember when we lived in Denver YEARS ago and we got up the Sunday before Labor Day to go to church and had 4" of snow all over the ground. We had recently moved there and I thought "What have we done!"
Susan
I talked to my sister who is in Windsor, she said they got just a dusting. I was shocked to see your snow. Now I am getting nervous. We still need to winterize our camper!
Looks like fun!
We're getting ready for this - oh my...
oh. my. gosh.
WOW.
I know you can't post location specifics but where do you live?! The snow looks beautiful!
Here it is still in the 70's!
A cold front is coming through today-tommorrow the high is 62 WHOO HOO! I am big time excited.
And you have snow... LOL
We are in Colorado. The sun came out in the afternoon and it was all gone from the streets by nightfall! It just amazes me.
Good grief! Makes me glad to live in the South where we don't have to "winterize"...if we got that kind of snow the entire state would shut down!
Wow! I'm not ready for snow yet.
