And I'm excited about the study also. I'm in a very peaceful season of life. It seems odd to say that because I feel like I am in constant motion from sun-up to sun-down. But, there is very little drama in my own life right now. A peace from any major crisis.
I'd be lying if I didn't say that doesn't fill me with a little fear for the future, but I am trying to breathe deeply and completely immerse myself in this present peace. Most major crises are out of my control anyway, so why mess up my peaceful time with fear? I'm assuming God has urged me toward this study to strengthen my faith that no matter what the future brings, He will not let me go.
See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands;Isaiah is specifically talking about Israel in this verse, although I believe it represents the people of God which now includes us. This whole chapter is really encouraging reading. Check it out!
your walls are ever before me. Isaiah 49:16
I'm looking forward to studying Esther. What are you studying right now?

LOL that we both had the same type of post today!
I've only done one of her studies, and I wish I could do another. Unfortunately, they offer it at the same time as our co-op.
I sure do hope you'll post some things about yours!
I just finished Esther in April. It was an excellent study. I started Beth's Stepping Up study but dropped out...I had way too much going on in May. I would do Esther again in a heartbeat!
I'm hoping to start Esther with some friends in the Fall. I just love Beth Moore!
As for this sweet peaceful season? What a blessing! I'm glad you are getting some down time...we ALL need that!
I am sooo jealous that you are doing Esther right now. I secretly hoped we would do it when we started up in the fall again! I am so happy to hear that you are at peace! Enjoy your summer, hopefully see you soon.
Oh - I bought her study on 90 days with Jesus for the summer. Please let me know how you enjoy Esther. Sounds great - I love Beth Moore!
I'm studying Galatians with the women in our church. Esther is such a rich book. I'm sure you will be getting a lot out of it. And I just love bible study with "eclectic" groups of women. There is so much we can learn from each other.
