Tiny Talk

Little Man bought a Hot Wheels forklift yesterday. He was SO excited when he opened it in the car and the forklift part actually moved up and down. He yelled, he showed his sister, he showed me.

We ran a couple of other errands, and on the way back to our house I hear him in the back seat:

"I'm so glad this moves up and down. I thought it did, but I wasn't sure. If it wouldn't have moved, my heart would have just been broken.

pause

Luckily, *little laugh, my heart is still fixed."

LOL - It's fun to hear kids say out loud what they're thinking. With boys, it won't always be this way, will it? I'm glad the forklift's operation could keep his heart in one piece.
